Stefan Kleinschuster

Founder and Director (CFO)
Stefan is a world-renowned fine artist who was voted Best Representational Artist in Colorado. His work has been exhibited internationally and featured in major press outlets, including the Los Angeles Times, Rocky Mountain News, Westword, Los Angeles Fashion Magazine, Bloomberg, gallery press through Robischon Gallery in Denver, and multiple Condé Nast publications covering his artistic collaboration with Keanu Reeves and Gard Hollinger at Arch Motorcycle Company, for which he moved to Los Angeles in 2014.
In 2012, Stefan was awarded the Circle of Compassion by the Humane Society for his role in rescuing a dog abandoned in the Rocky Mountains. The story received national coverage and was featured on The Ellen DeGeneres Show.
He holds an MFA and has taught at the University of Colorado Denver and Colorado State University. Stefan began writing for the screen while staying in Germany in 2008. Since then, he has written dozens of original screenplays intended for both film and television and has worked with Hollywood veterans in collaborative development and writing efforts, including Ed Weinberger (The Cosby Show), Joe Gayton (Hell on Wheels), and Michael Berk (Baywatch).
Joseph V. Cicio

Founder and Director (Secretary)
Joseph is a world-renowned Director of Photography and camera operator with more than 35 years of professional experience across major studio films, commercials, streaming productions, and linear television.
Based in Los Angeles, he has worked across genres with a focus on action, movement, and VFX cinematography and was instrumental in pioneering the use of the Canon 5D SLR camera in major feature-film production.
His credits include second-unit DP and VFX cinematography on productions such as Reminiscence and Weekends With Adele, as well as producing and directing the series Motorcycle Masters and contributing to Super Bowl commercial campaigns.
He is widely recognized for his second-unit action-filming expertise and extensive studio work, including Black Swan, Iron Man, and Logan, among a long list of commercially successful, large-budget feature films and premiere episodic television productions.
Joseph’s contributions to film have shaped audiences for decades, including his most recent work as DP on Here Comes the Flood and Fallout.
Marisol Kleinschuster

Founder and Director (CEO)
Marisol is the CEO and founder of Matricalis Films, an original-IP-driven production company co-owned by Stefan Kleinschuster.
She has experience producing high-profile experiential marketing events and art installations throughout Hollywood and the greater Los Angeles area for both for-profit and nonprofit corporations and production companies, including Rolls-Royce, The Agency, Huston Hospitality, Baywatch, Eclectic Pictures, and others.
Marisol has also begun refining her skills in motion-picture cinematography under the tutelage of Joseph Cicio, while producing projects at all stages of production through 2Kind’s workforce initiative.

Norman Joseph King IV

Business Development Coordinator
Norman Joseph King IV is a Washington, D.C.-born writer, director, actor, and producer whose work spans film, television, digital media, and performance.
In 2019, he entered the Global BFA program jointly offered by Emerson College and Paris College of Art, spending three years studying and creating throughout Europe, including in Paris and the Netherlands. While in Paris, he directed multiple short films with international crews and created My 2 Cents, an online talk show featuring young people from around the world.
He graduated in 2022 with a dual degree in Film Arts from Emerson College and Paris College of Art. His thesis film, Look At Me, filmed in Paris with an international cast and crew, was selected to screen at festivals in Amsterdam, London, Los Angeles, and Washington, D.C.
A multilingual creative, Norman is fluent in Portuguese, Spanish, French, and Russian and conversant in Italian, bringing a distinctly international and multicultural perspective to his storytelling.
Following graduation, Norman joined PBS/WETA in 2023 as Assistant to the Executive Producer for National Productions: Special Projects, contributing to fundraising, research, and development of broadcast series and documentaries focused on healthcare and well-being.
He subsequently served as Project Coordinator at Meret Productions in West Hollywood, supporting social-justice and philanthropic projects, before relocating to Los Angeles in 2024 and appearing in commercial work for brands including eBay, Canva, and Ford Motor Company.
He has also served as Head of Social Media Production for the Hollywood musical Adventures in the Great Beyond. As CEO of NKIV Productions, Norman continues to write, act, direct, and produce while developing Meet the Makers, a talk show spotlighting local and international artists and creative voices, with guests ranging from television personalities and Motown artists to fashion designers featured during LA Fashion Week.
His multidisciplinary career reflects a commitment to cross-cultural storytelling, artistic collaboration, and building community through entertainment.
Dr. Cali Kirkham

Founding Donor
Cali Kirkham is an emergency medicine physician and accomplished photographer whose professional and creative work reflects a commitment to service, artistry, and community.
As the founder of Wakes Bears Photography, she combines her photographic practice with a dedication to supporting independent artists, including providing professional photography services on a pro bono basis to help creatives document and advance their work.
A founding major donor to 2Kind Foundation, Cali currently serves as a member of the Foundation’s Advisory Board, supporting its mission to empower artists of merit and integrity across film, television, music, theatre, and the visual arts.
Her broader commitment to nonprofit and community service includes serving as Secretary of Sierra Music Cooperative (2026–present) and as an Alternate Board Member of Friends of Mill Creek (2026–present).
Through her work in medicine, photography, philanthropy, and nonprofit leadership, Cali brings a multidisciplinary perspective and a strong commitment to supporting artists and strengthening the communities in which they live and create.
Heather MR Marshall

Outreach and Publishing, Art History Mentor
Heather holds a Master’s degree in Ancient Art History and has taught art history at Colorado State University. She has experience in the fashion industry and publishing and is the author of various works of nonfiction and fiction.
A highly skilled and multifaceted polymath, Heather has produced and led production supervision and design for 2Kind’s flagship workforce initiatives, Blue Sky and Out of My Mouth x 2Kind, in addition to becoming a donor supporting these projects.
Madeline Rosene

Music, A&R, and Digital Marketing Mentor
Madeline Rosene is a Los Angeles-based singer-songwriter and independent musician.
Rosene has collaborated with Grammy-winning producer Johnny K, Grammy-nominated engineer and producer Eric Emery, and singer-songwriter, filmmaker, and producer Matt Costa.
Her music videos have screened at film festivals globally, and her music has been played on major stations including KCRW in Los Angeles, MBC South Korea, The Summit FM in Akron, Ohio, and others.
She holds a BA in Journalism and Natural Science and later studied at Parsons The New School for Design. In addition to her creative work, she has held editorial and publishing roles, including Senior Editor of LEFAIR Magazine and Director of Marketing at the Cureus Journal of Medical Science, part of Springer Nature.
Keith Ward

Directing and Filmmaking Mentor
Keith Ward is a creative and performance-driven film director, screenwriter, and producer with a strong eye for composition and detail, a deep passion for cinema, and extensive knowledge of all stages of the filmmaking process.
The New York native began his career as an intern on Spike Lee’s School Daze. Under the tutelage of Julie Dash, Ward later joined the production of the acclaimed film Daughters of the Dust as script supervisor and assistant editor.
The industry pioneer has successfully launched two motion-picture startups and continues to bring ambitious creative visions to life.
Keith has been featured in media outlets including The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, Billboard, Atlanta Magazine, OZ Publishing, Vibe, True Magazine (Trace), AJC, Viacom networks including BET, MTV, and VH1, CNN, and others.
His work from the beginning of his career is recognizable from the MTV era of cinematic music videos, with collaborations involving artists such as Brandy, INXS, Arrested Development, and others.
Keith holds a BA in Communications from Clark Atlanta University.
Dave Dean Ebert

Production Mentor
David Dean Ebert is an award-winning motion-picture and television production designer, Creative Director at El Rey Film and Television, writer, producer, founding member of the Cause Plexus Arts’ Collective, and multidisciplinary artist.
Over the years, David has collaborated with artists including Rita McBride, Yoko Ono, Dieter Roth, David LaChapelle, Kanye West, Michel Gondry, and Matthew Barney.
His film work spans a wide range of feature productions, including Paradise City, starring John Travolta; the sci-fi adventure Lumina; the award-winning Black Room; Casanova Was a Woman; and the politically minded period piece Mu Xin: Dreaming Against the World.
His television credits include Warner Bros.’ Gotham and Netflix’s production of John Leguizamo’s Latin History for Morons, both nominated for Emmy Awards.
Most recently, David designed the Netflix television production Obsess, a four-episode horror-thriller series scheduled for release in Halloween 2026.
His studio work includes Paramount, Lionsgate, Warner Bros., and Netflix. Naomi Lennon

Mentorship and Industry Access Partner
Naomi Lennon is a pioneering talent manager and creator-economy strategist who founded one of Hollywood’s first independent creator-management firms in 2010.
Over nearly a decade, she represented some of the most influential YouTube talent in the world, including Fine Brothers Entertainment, BlackBoxTV, Rachel Levin, and RackaRacka, while structuring commercial partnerships with Fortune 500 brands including Procter & Gamble, Unilever, Ford, and PepsiCo and executive producing with New Form Digital.
The company was acquired in 2019.
With earlier roots at Brillstein Entertainment Partners, Studio71, and Mindshare, Naomi has spent her career bridging Hollywood, advertising, and digital media.
She has spoken at VidCon, SXSW, CES, and Cannes Lions and has been featured in Business Insider, Tubefilter, and The New York Times.
Today, she serves on the VidCon Hall of Fame selection committee and advises creators and technology companies at the intersection of entertainment, AI, and digital influence.
Sonia Lowman

International Philanthropic Filmmaking Mentor
Sonia Lowman is the writer, director, and producer of BLACK BOYS, an award-winning documentary illuminating the humanity of Black men and boys in America, released on NBC Peacock in September 2020.
Lowman’s first film, TEACH US ALL, a documentary about school segregation in the United States, was acquired by Ava DuVernay’s ARRAY and released on Netflix in September 2017.
Her 2020 short film, WAR & GRACE, about the maternal health crisis in war-torn South Sudan, won the Grand Prix in the World Health Organization’s Health for All Film Festival.
Her 2024 short film, INDOMITABLE, narrated by Sienna Miller and featuring original music by Ben Harper, highlights the mental health crisis emerging in Ukraine in the wake of the Russian invasion.
In addition to making films, Lowman has spent the past 20 years leading storytelling and program development for international nonprofits, including serving as chief global storyteller for a humanitarian relief organization working in 30 countries affected by conflict and disaster.
She holds a Master’s degree in International Relations from the London School of Economics and an undergraduate degree from Boston University.
